"My cat's health has always been great until now..."
My cat has always been healthy, and when I attempted to file a claim for an injection she needed (for an unknown issue), they claimed it must have been a pre-existing condition since it’s degenerative. How could they possibly know that when she’s never had this problem before? It feels like this company is just looking for ways to avoid paying out claims by labeling any illness as pre-existing. This could cover a lot of potential issues your pet might face over the years. Seriously, steer clear of this insurance provider; you’re just throwing your money away!

"Decent Service, but Annual Payment Would Be Better"
The process to obtain coverage was pretty straightforward, and they did a solid job explaining everything. My only gripe is that I would have liked to settle the payment annually instead of dealing with a monthly direct debit.
